Risk registers
A register is where risks live. Open Risk Registers to see every register you can reach.
The register list
Each register appears as a card showing its name, the number of risks it holds, and two meters: mitigation coverage (how much of the total risk is addressed by controls) and treated (how many risks have an active treatment plan).
A register with high risk counts and low coverage is where your attention belongs.
The register detail view
Opening a register gives you, in order:
- Quick stats — total risks, out of appetite, overdue reviews, failed controls.
- The heat matrix — risks plotted by impact and likelihood. Select any cell to filter the table below to those risks.
- Category breakdown — where the risk is concentrated.
- Recent activity — what changed, and who changed it.
The risks table
Below the charts, every risk in the register with its key, title, asset, inherent, residual and target scores, status, and linked treatment plans.
Use the column controls to choose what you see, and filters to narrow the list. A filtered view can be saved and shared.
