How Cloud pricing works
Risk Management for Jira is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. An active subscription includes support and automatic version updates.

Annual billing
Annual Cloud pricing is calculated on the same tiered basis as monthly pricing. Choosing an annual subscription applies a discount — you are charged for ten months rather than twelve.
Free trial
Twinit offers a fully functional 30-day free trial. When the trial ends, the cost is automatically included in your next Atlassian bill unless you deactivate the app from Manage apps in the Jira administration menu.
What happens when a licence lapses
Your data is retained and is not deleted when a subscription ends. The app becomes read-only or inaccessible depending on the Atlassian licensing state, and full access returns when the subscription is renewed.
To confirm before publishing: the exact tier boundaries, whether a free tier for 10 users or fewer applies, and the data-retention period after cancellation.
